The Guys at Hexis adapted quickly to this new way of business. And with our trusted network at our fingertips, we were able to carry on and move our clients forward.
Field visits and in person meetings shifted to Zoom, Go-To Meetings, Google Hangouts etc. With these digital meetings, we are able to continue our job as sales reps and check in with our manufacturers’ customers, make additional sales, conduct training, and report back to our manufacturers.
We continue our role as marketers by embracing email marketing. Instead of dropping off flyers and pamphlets, we’re communicating the latest trends and deals via our expansive email network.
And as far as customer service goes, we’re on the phone with your customers making sales, answering questions, and reassuring your customers.
